Our Calling
Worship Live exists to minister directly to the heart of God through continuous, God-focused praise and worship.
Our calling is to create a place where worship from artists around the world can be offered to the Lord 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Through our online worship stream, songs in different languages, musical styles, and expressions come together with one purpose: to honor and magnify God.
Our long-term vision includes establishing a worship center dedicated to the Lord, where live worship can be offered day and night. We also envision creating a nearby recording studio where musicians can step away from everyday distractions, seek the Lord, and record music created for Him.
Although we no longer live on Kauai, the island remains close to our hearts, and we continue to prayerfully hope that God may lead us back there one day. Until then, we remain committed to faithfully carrying out the work He has placed before us and allowing the vision to unfold in His timing.
What makes Worship Live different
Much of contemporary praise and worship ministers outwardly—to evangelize, encourage the Body of Christ, declare God’s goodness, and strengthen those who are listening. These are meaningful and important expressions of worship.
Worship Live has been given a distinct upward focus.
Our desire is to offer praise and worship directly to the Lord—music that is God-centered, intimate, heartfelt, and directed toward His throne. Rather than beginning with what the listener may receive, we begin with what we can offer to God.
This calling is inspired by the pattern established in the tabernacle of David, where musicians and singers ministered before the Lord continually. Scripture shows that seasons of dedicated worship were often accompanied by repentance, renewal, deliverance, unity, blessing, and peace.
We believe this pattern still matters. Our mandate is to help create an ongoing offering of worship—day and night—from people, cultures, and languages around the world. As we faithfully obey what God has asked us to do, we trust Him with the fruit that follows.
How it all began
The story of Worship Live began in 2015, when God first placed Kauai and the vision for a worship ministry on our hearts.
In 2016, the vision became clearer: a ministry that would gather praise and worship from around the world and offer it to the Lord continuously, 24 hours a day and seven days a week.
In August 2020, we moved to Kauai to take the next step in that calling. Although our journey later led us away from the island, the heart of the mission remained unchanged.
Today, Worship Live continues that calling through a worldwide online worship stream, creating space for artists to share the music God has placed within them and for worship to rise continually before Him.
About our founders
Lisa and Vin Fetty each came to know the Lord in their early twenties. Both grew up surrounded by music, and their love for it became an important part of how they expressed their faith.
For Lisa, that expression took shape through singing, dance, worship arts, teaching, and ministry leadership. For Vin, it was expressed through guitar, poetry, songwriting, and a deep appreciation for music created to honor God.
When Lisa and Vin met in 2000, they believed God would one day bring their gifts and experiences together for His purposes.
As the vision for Worship Live unfolded between 2015 and 2018, they sought the Lord for direction and timing. Step by step, they watched Him open doors, provide encouragement, and bring artists from around the world into connection with the ministry.
Lisa and Vin remain deeply committed to honoring the Lord, protecting the calling entrusted to Worship Live, and ensuring that the ministry stays focused on its central purpose: offering worship to God and seeing His name magnified.
