Garrett was born and raised in Haverhill Massachusetts. While still a toddler, Garrett learned how to play the keyboard instruments and through the years became more and more interested in music. Influenced by the giants of music such as Journey, Styx, Elvis, Cassiopeia, YES, Emerson Lake and Palmer, Hillsong and Central Live, Garrett began writing songs in his early teens and spent long hours playing keyboards, video games, and watching game shows…very often isolating from others and rarely going out in order to focus on his passion of music.

In 2017, after graduating high school, he moved to Las Vegas and became a born again Christian. From that point on, his songs became upbeat and more uplifting and happy. The following year Garrett moved to Los Angeles where he permanently resides. His first 2 shows were at 2 major venues: Pig N Whistle and Whisky A Go Go.
