Important: We are only accepting applications from Christian music artists who  are legal residents of the United States. We have compiled a list of alternative resources that are available for those not eligible for a grant from Worship Live Ministries. You can access that information here.

We define “dire financial emergencies” as the lack or imminent endangerment of essentials such as housing, medicine, childcare, and food. We are aware that each music artist’s needs differ, so ask that you thoroughly and accurately describe your situation. Applicants should demonstrate a pressing and critical need for emergency support.

No. Due to the high volume of applications we are receiving, you are unlikely to be considered if you’re not experiencing one or more of the issues listed above. Please use your best judgement in determining whether to submit an application.

Yes, we understand that different fields operate via touring or other forms of cultural exchange, and we just ask that you disclose this in your application.

Yes, you are eligible. We do not disqualify anyone based on other sources of relief.

Unfortunately, due to limited funds and volume of applications, not every applicant will be funded.

The application can be found here (link to application)

Because of the anticipated volume of applications and limited funds, applications will be reviewed on a week-by-week basis by the representatives of Worship Live Ministries. After review, qualifying applications will be selected after considering those with the most dire need for funding each week.

Worship Live Ministries will notify the recipients each Friday.

Yes, Christian Musician Relief Fund will respond to all applicants, whether they are selected for funding or not.

Yes. We are aware that many individuals whose need is greatest may not have regular internet or computer access. If you wish to submit an application on behalf of another person with their consent, you may do so here (link to application)

There is no need to apply more than once. Each application will be kept on file and reviewed with the other applications received each week. If you are selected as a recipient of a Christian Musician Relief Fund grant, your application will then be removed for further consideration going forward.

Individual applicant data (including name) will not be shared, duplicated, or distributed publicly. Only the determination committee of Worship Live Ministries will see your information. Additionally, aggregated applicant data will be collected, summarized, and shared in reports to funders and/or the public, without disclosing any personal information.

Worship Live Ministries operates with above-industry-standard security certificates and features for data collection and storage.

No. Personal information will never be disclosed or publicized.

Funds will be distributed within two weeks of an approved application. We encourage music artists to apply as soon as possible.

A W9 and Social Security Number (SSN) or Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN) are required by the IRS in order to distribute grants to artists. We will collect this information after you’ve been notified of your selection.

Worship Live Ministries cannot advise on individual tax matters. Please consult your personal financial manager or tax accountant.

All grants are unrestricted and can be used for any kind of emergency relief. You do not need to reveal how you spend the money.

No. Due to the magnitude of this crisis, we expect more requests for funding than available funds. Therefore, we are only providing one-time relief to as many artists as possible.
